Appearing back at home in my room I sighed. Changing into some casual clothing.
"I don't feel tired anymore oh what to do… hmm I know."
I swung my hand in the air before me and a crack in space-time walking into the crack I stepped out into a different plain. It was a large grassy plain with a forest and mountains in the background. A good distance away was Uriel who was practicing with her skills sensing me entering the dimension she stopped what she was doing and flew over to me and kneeled.
"Is there anything you need master?"
"No Uriel I'm just here to do something you may continue training."
"Understood master," she said and flew off.
"Sigh ok I'm here to make a Monarch but what should I do for one…. Hmm nope thinking too much and not in the mood but how about for now I make a monarch based on an anime villain or two but which one should I do first?" I placed my finger on my lip in thought before it came to me.
"Ah ha I know who I'm going to do first and I'll do the other one later but first I need to make his equipment.
Activating creation I pictured it a sentient weapon a katana the only decoration is the tsuba, which is a hexagon. The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle. The katana had two states the first state allowed the user to create powerful illusions. The second state boosts the user power by 20 times the abilities...…
The katana formed in my hands and I placed it on the ground beside me then I moved on to the next item. a small, bluish-purple orb composed of a unique substance with a glass-like outer shell its power lies in its ability to sense the hearts of those around it and materialize their deepest desire. I made three of these in total.

"Alright, the equipment is finished now on to make the monarch itself."
Activating Monarch Creation and the Mana Archon skill I pictured a man with high intellect, brown hair swept back, with a strand hanging down his face. Wearing a white jacket, pink sash, white hakama, black tabi, and white zōri. From his back would be six pairs of black wings given skills will be Mana Archon, High-speed Regeneration, High-speed Regeneration, Space-time magic, and Gravity magic.
As the light and energy that are normally associated with Monarch/Ruler creation died down I saw the man kneeling before me.

With my command, Aizen stood to his feet I placed the Hōgyoku on Aizen's chest and it sunk slowly into his chest until it was no longer visible. I brushed off my hands and sighed I used Mana Archon to lift the remaining two Hōgyokus into the air into my palm. Using telepathy I contacted Uriel not long after I contacted her she came flying over. Landing Uriel kneeled once more.
"Yes, master."
"Stand."
Uriel stood as I placed one of the Hōgyoku into her chest and a similar process took place I placed the last Hōgyoku inside of my chest allowing it to be assimilated into myself as well.
"Aizen and Uriel."
"Yes, master!"
"You two train with each other for the time being."
"Yes, master!"
And with that, they both took off.
"Hmm, I have time maybe I can make two more one monarch and one Rule but what should I do with the Ruler? Ah, I know But first status."

Hmm, I can't keep creating skills whenever I plan to make a new Monarch or Ruler so I need one or two that enclose all or most abilities but what to do….. Wait.
I pulled out my phone and opened a portal to the main dimension and put my phone through connecting to the internet and checking something after looking at the info I looked up I found what I was looking for.
"Ah hah! Found you but I'm going to need to leave the dimension for this the amount of mana I would most likely need would collapse since the dimension is made of mana so I can't do it here but I need to be far enough away from people so that they can't pick it up what to do oh what to do?"
