I read this book not knowing I already 3 other books of this author in my library. had me going "Man this shi is good." and then I check the author and it's the legend himself. Plot and "Plot", this author can write both.
As a Pa-treon reader myself, and having read the latest available chapters, I highly recommend it, especially for mentally degenerates like me.
The writing is pretty good. I won’t talk about the lack of plot, because the author was very clear about this books genre. I do have a gripe about the character development (or lackthereof). Other than general horniness, the MC doesn’t act like Bron at all. Bronn is a realist, practical, win-at-all-costs type of person. The MC is none of those things. Despite having the knowledge of a relatively powerful dark wizard, he doesn’t actively learn/practice any spells that are practical for survival or even everyday life. He only learns healing and $ex-related spells, so he’s constantly at the mercy of others..
