plz read it after knowing this or you are going to regret it . at first the novel is good it's all about mc and the system is his only but then I don't know why the author suddenly introduce a slime pet for mc and it's growth rate 100 times faster than mc [littrelay] and it can use the system on top of that so it's like more of a mc than mc
Chapters read: 39 This feels like a fusion of Yu Gi Oh, magic and cultivation. Superpowers can be saved onto special cards, which can be used on oneself, gifted and even traded lol An interesting concept.
Review at the lastest chapter...turns out I'm dropping this after all...the novel is actually good but the story as turn monotonous... basically the mc just fight fight and fight no break ,no plot development,no extra curricular activities just fights...at the start this was good,the fights are all peak but 1k chapters it gets boring, there's no definite FL too,Bingtong doesn't have enough screen time,no romance... nothing exists beside the mc always fighting,the other characters are not focused on and besides the @author is basically writing for him/herself not the readers they don't reply to reviews or listen to what the readers want...overall, I'm tired of the novel

Tired of demons present in every Chinese novels, I've never read a Chinese novel where demons is not present i dunno why but it starts to irritate me🙃
Overall the Novel is really good, it's just that the romance aspect is somehow lacking
Read the 39 free chapters, the translation is upper quality in this website. The story is above standard for Chinese novels. I am not very experienced with cards system novels, so I was pleasantly surprised that this system involves battles with their body’s. Was expecting a kind of pet system but until now the cards provided skills and weapons. I approve.
What can I say but WOW I really enjoy this novel the Mc is not some op person who thinks it's all about him. like the story development, highly recommend
I’ll make a review since I read all the raws to the latest chapter. Spoilers at the end. Very easy to read and digest, I read all 1000+ chapters easily in a week. The battle scenes are creative and enjoyable to read. Especially when the power level scales up. Lots of twists and turns in regards to enemies and other threats. MC system helps out in all stages, more so in the latter stages. I guess it’s a ‘harem’ but it isn’t in your face since it’s developing VERY slowly which I like. Some Side characters are really cool and have their moments to shine as well, especially the enemies. There’s the typical one not vilains, but many have unique powers or personalities to set them apat, in the latter portion of the novel.
Read up to ch 1k. Very decent novel. My only gripe is that this novel goes from fight to fight with almost nothing else inbetween. That’s not too bad, but a lot of the fights are uninteresting or follow characters that I couldn’t care less about. The MC kills a lot of people, but it’s not like he’s razing towns to the ground. He’s a soldier for his country, and he doesn’t have deep thoughts about killing, which makes it tolerable to read. The enemies from the northern country are all “12 star constellation envoys” or “22 tarot emissaries” or whatever. They are powerful, but honestly they start to blend together. The MC doesn’t really min max his system, and he relies a lot on his summons, but that is fine in my opinion. The love interests are whatever, and around ch 970 they made the MC get drunk and sleep with the forgettable Southern Continent sword girl who loves the MC despite only interacting with him twice… the justification is that she cultuvates the loveless sword and is in the phase of training where she will fall in love.
So this novel started out really great and interesting, the characters had some depth to them and the plot was unfolding quite nicely as was the world-building. But after a few hundred chapters there were a lot of translational and grammatical errors starting to show up like gender-swapping, wrong names, and a few more. I also noticed the use of AI-Translation - not that it‘s bad to use it, but not copy-paste the ai-text almost 1:1 as a chapter release without editing and stuff, thats why the quality also dropped a lot. Conclusion: Try it out, its really good in general but be beware of some irregularities.
so far its a good story, though not sure if its not possible or just in later stages of the story if the soul cards are ever used in actual combat or not
@author Kun... review as at 854(latest chapter ) first and foremost I will still speak on the romance thingy,like seriously this ain't the first time I'm saying this but this book should have been on the ranking list ...the romance even though something is starting to build up between Su and Luo Bingtong,i believe the girl should appear more in the novel,you should have added the romance tag actually,it would have pulled more readers (ps...i think the author doesn't know anything about romance that's why...hmhm...that is it) ahem...so whenever Luo Bingtong shows up,the novel starts to become more interesting,you get,if you know,you know ...hehe😏 so please consider,her speech pattern too, although I know she is a star beast and I'm not asking you to make her speak fluently but just increase the duration and her speech fluency. Unto more important matters,ahem... it's regarding the names of the character some of the readers aren't from your side so it's becoming incredibly difficult to remember the names... Overall this novel is damn good and I would have given it 5 stars if the romance is included... can't even remember how times I recommended this already 😩💔... anyways keep it up. it's nice, it's a sight to sore eyes, in typical cultivation novels, only issue being constant errors while referring to characters, sometimes the person is a he, then becomes she, lots of inconsistency, specially recently, but otherwise, excellent story

mc says he will quickly defeat the opponent then proceeds to prolong the battle for a whole chapter and sometimes even 2 and he have to be impressed by every person he fights why brl even got the system he is so pathetic compared to other novel mc

Some chapters have less than 700 words this is outrageous paying for those chapters...they split chapter in 2 to make people pay more money.........................
