Even though I'm still in the early chapters, I want to say that this book is quite promising and has potential. I like the interaction between the FL and ML; it fits well with the 'Enemy to Lover' theme 👍😘 I wish Sterling would be gentler with Faye, and I hope Faye will become a true Duchess. Good luck, Authornim! I will continue reading this book because I love this kind of story ❤️🔥
I have been eagerly anticipating the release of this book, and I'm thrilled that it's finally here! Once again, this talented author has delivered an incredible story that captivated me from the beginning. I highly recommend picking up this book and exploring the author's other remarkable slow burn works. The_Sweet_Sparrow's writing never fails to impress and will undoubtedly leave you wanting more.
Sweet is undoubtedly one of the best FL writers on this platform. Her writing is always flawless and contains feelings which hit you directly in the heart. The usage of words is so apt, her character designs are unique and plots always contain unseeable twists. I am leaving the review after reading all the available chapters and I must I love our FL, she is resilient and strong and I can't wait for her to develop into the Duchess she is destined to become. ML has been written in a way that demands both love and hate for him and I know he will grow once our FL will have him swiftly wrapped around her fingers. Over all a masterpiece Ms. sparrow has an incredible talent with words and her grammrar is impeccable. This novel is just as great as her first one. I’m in love with Faye, what an amazingly strong female lead.
Another masterpiece from my favorite author. This is captivating, mysterious and completely addictive. The author gives the audience an outstanding and original storyline and characters that you will love and love to hate. Her work is error free and smooth to read. Her attention to details lead you to envision every single word perfectly. She is passionate about her craft and it is obvious in her writing. No filler chapters or unnecessary information, it is absolute perfection. She responds to every comment and answers every question timely and never misses an update, top notch for sure! If you are seeking fantasy romance with a unique spin, this is for you. A work of magic and creativity! Her first novel easily became my favorite from the very first chapter and this one is following right along the same path. I promise you will thank me for letting you know about this author and this novel, as well as her first one. This is a passionate artist with a great need to please her audience, she never disappoints. Please just read the first chapter and you will be utterly hooked. I appreciate an author of her caliber, she is new but you would easily be fooled, her work is perfection. She takes historical fantasy romance and makes it so much more. Well, I haven't read a lot of FL books in the past, but this is definitely going on my daily reading list. Flawless grammar, great writing flow. I know sparrow already has a lot planned out for the world background, and from what I've read so far, it looks like she's cooking up something amazing with the plot. A must read.
I have to be honest... I don't read romance that much as a guy. But there are elements in this story which keeps me interested in the story. Especially, demon horde fightin and savage dialogue. So for that I have to give this new novel a 5 star thumbs up... Good job on the Character Development so far. The Pacing is just right to develop a romance, and you really hit the ground running with this novel. Its funny too but also you feel sympathetic for the MC. Definitely a good read for those with Revenge Romance Fantasy... Don't we all need that sometimes?
Sparrow clearly put a lot of work into the background of this world, and the characters are very engaging.
If you like "Under The Oak Tree", maybe you will enjoy this novel. They have the same vibe.

It’s a refreshing read. If you’re looking for something new, this is the book for you. I am enjoying the “Enemies to Lovers” vibe. The FL lead Faye is tough, not some weak girl who cries every five seconds. Give this book a try. You won’t regret it.

This review is based only on the first few chapters I read. The first thing I noticed was the writing style - it's absolutely beautiful. Like when I open it and got through the first chapter, I remember thinking that's not a style you see every day on Webnovel. Secondly, the way the characters interact with each other is brilliant - I almost forget this had an enemies-to-lovers troupe during their first interaction but the ML immediately yanked me back down to Earth. I can already see the tiny bitty sparks between them. Hope you do well in July's WPC, Author!
I’m really loving this story so far! I love the main characters and how honest and forward they are. They’re not like those typical leads that don’t share their most inner thoughts which cause a lot of assumptions and misunderstandings. They are both direct and true to themselves. They don’t play games and aren’t deceitful, calculating, or manipulative. Although I haven’t gotten very far into the story yet, I love how the characters are falling in love with each other. I cannot wait to see how they will take on the world TOGETHER. I also love how our author here interacts with the readers by responding to comments. I appreciate that so much. 🫶🏼

I must say author did a great job with the plots and especially the character of kiva is strong which i liked . Overall, i read about 23 chapters it all was wonderful i am looking forward to read more .
