This book met and exceeded expectations. Well written with good character development and plot. I would like to see some more kids with Edgar and Alessandra, or a side story where kids are grown and Edgar is watching them get married.

This book has everything a fantasy would be expected to have. The suspense, intrigue, twists, romance and conclusion exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend reading it! Well done Author! I am very much looking forward to book 2!

I cannot say enough good things about this book and the accompanying side stories! Macey Bae has written a phenomenal story arc and developed the characters very well. From the setting to the plot and everything in betwenn, this book has it all! Highly recommended read! Splendid job Author!!!
