Oh I agree that they needed to die but she should have just killed them and then sent a message demanding to know what is going on. Just because they are one of the most powerful kingdoms around doesn’t mean that it’s a good idea to do that sort of thing to a human centric civilization, because this event could easily become a rallying cry to form a anti harpy federation between multiple kingdoms.

I don’t know about that positive opinion, maybe in the extremely religious kingdoms but I don’t know if that view holds except in a few places.
