I Got Reincarnated Into Another World with an Obscure Powerset

The somewhat skeptical otaku Markus Ekström has always thought that reincarnation is completely impossible. But he is proven wrong one night when he is killed during a trip to the store for groceries.

Upon dying, he is greeted by a person who helps him with what to do now that he's dead. He gets 4 plans to choose from and chooses the 4th one, which is Reincarnation into another world!
Along with another person, they spin the wheel that decides what special powerset they're going to get when reincarnating. Markus made a bet internally with all of his luck that he was going to get OP powers. Apparently, his luck wasn't worth much because he gets stuck with some best described 'Unique' powers at his disposal. Now he's forced to live in this new and foreign world with really obscure powers.
