Arthur found the dice by luck and his fate was bound to it thus began his adventures in the Omniverse...

One can wish for something to happen and roll the D20 dice, the closer to 20 the roll lands, the more perfectly the wish will be granted. The closer to 1 it lands, the more horrible outcome will be, to the point the user might even just drop dead.
If nothing is stated then something random will happen, depending on the number it can be good or bad.

This story has many fictional worlds involved in it. 2-3 possible love interests but only one at a time so no Harem.

This story will be unpredictable, prepare for that.
Unexpected and sudden stuff will happen in this story due to the power of the dice and its randomness, expect that. There will be many surprises and sudden events. Especially when the dice rolls.
