Ok so for the people looking to see if you should red this, I’m going to be very honest…the starting is kinda off coz the author just behave writing and he takes a while to get into his flow, but once he does the novel quality improves greatly…the main character is relatable, and the BEST part is that none of the Harem members are forgotten and each get equal screen time and interactions with the main character and the story in general. Every character is really well done, there have even been characters who first came off as obnoxious and arrogant, but they go through great character development and grow on you. So please do give it a try. It’s a great slice of life harem story, the main character is a villain who does what’s needed for himself, but he has morals he doesn’t go after innocent people and just slaughter cities for fun he is willing to rob and kill if they help him reach his goals, he mostly kills bad guys but he’s not one to be a hero for no reason especially when him and his loved ones could be in danger.
This is some real good stuff….do give it a read for sure. The characters are interesting, there is a good storyline. The author loves making us readers happy…especially with those cliffhangers 👀
I have heard good stuff about this from a friend. Seems interesting, looking forward to how it progresses. The art for the characters is looking beautiful too
What a gem. Great MC development Great story Great Harem design and development My favorite part is the back story of the characters and how it explains how most villians are created and not born. Watching good people turn to the dark side based on the happenstance is truly enjoyable.
I usually don’t read in this tense but its pretty badly done. It’s like someone writing present tense for the first time. Plus its also with the burden of having it first person narrated. Just hurts my head reading at it. If you don’t care about grammar then it will be an okay read I guess
After 491 chapters worth of reading, I can confidently say that this story is just “MEH” at best. I guess it’s just not for me which a shame I was hoping from the Author’s Notes wouldn’t just end up being above average slop from the usual web Nobel slop.😞
928 chapters read, review. I'll be quick. I'm giving it four stars. I recommend this novel, but there are two things I didn't like. First, the cultivation arc is TOO LONG. I read it quickly, as it was going to be important, but for someone who doesn't like the cultivation world, it was torture. And second, I'm seeing more and more useless filler in the novel. For example, right now we're almost 20 chapters into the MC's return to his mothers. I understand there are important aspects, but I see too much filler when it could be shorter. And when there's so much useless filler, the reader will start to lose interest (sooner or later). Otherwise, the author is doing a great job for his debut work. Good character design, good world-building, good plot development, and a good update rate. I recommend this novel. Although I'm worried that the number of wives in the harem might get out of control.
The story is alright, however the most recent arc zhenwu has truly killed all motivation to read.

Why did you write this in the annotation? It made me lose any desire to read it. I didn't like this story at first. I enjoy faster power ups etc. but I won't lie I toughed it out, the main character grows on you. is self aware, and actually knows he is hypocritical sometimes. his harem are all unique personalities. smut was creative and not generic. my only only complaint and it's very light. is it took so long for a significant power up/relationship with main lady. frustrating but that's the point I guess making you invested. if you like villain stories and harem, absolutely no reason to skip this.

Great story, very addictive! I like that the main character is not an usual goody two shoes hero.
Very well written, dialogues are lively and interesting, character development is great, MC is competent, the system isn t the end all be all. 4 stars on the world because I m sure this author could have created something even better. That and I am a pos. Sorry author, I mean good things :D

A marvelous example of what not to write. A truly cursed piece of literature that belongs in the realm of trash. Authors of novels like these like to think of themselves as sophisticated individuals that're challenging the norm by writing harem cr*p, while in reality they're just insecure edgy mor*ns who get off on writing stuff like this.
