장 2: Chapter:2 "Knowledge"

"Its So Cold"

I was heading to the Monster section in the library and looked around a little to see some monster encyclopedias about some rare and strong monsters that I should watch out for when I'm outside, I saw the rankings for monsters and started reading.

F-Ranks for example slimes or Giant worms,they are pretty weak compared to a toddler and a normal everyday Cat can kill them with no stress.

E-ranks like Goblins,Wolves, and surprisingly low class Hell hounds are pretty difficult to beat but a normal civilian with low tier weapons can easily take care of them.

D-Ranks are low level skeletons,Demon dogs, and high rank wolves, but they take more time to beat since they are quite harder foes and it would take mid tier weapons and armour to defeat them.

C-Ranks are some formidable foes that require high tier armour to defeat, the C rank monsters correspond to Demons,Ogres,Flame Hounds, and Dire wolves.

B-Ranks are tricky to defeat and they are often stronger than mountains, and they consist of High Demons,Orcs,Blood Bear,Mimic,and Flesh Stealers and you would need pretty strong armour and weapons.

A-ranks are Really Hard to Beat. It takes a lot of agility and strength to beat, because the monsters are Demon Lords,Behemoths,Hellfire Cerberus,Phoenixs, and Arch Demons, and you will need really strong equipment to come out on top.

Then there are S-Ranks, you have to be one of the strongest to be able to succeed in beating them. S-Ranks are Leviathans,Ancient Dragons,Earth Titans,Fire Chimeras,and Hydras.

"And last but not least the celesti-"

Before i was able to read that last part the Golden Child (Kira) grabbed and pulled me away while saying "Come on Sato we need to leave" i tried to tug away but she was surprisingly strong and i was pulled away and we started heading home.

4 Years Later

I turned 7 years old and somehow we never went back to the library because the Golden Child(Kira) refused to because she says "it's boring" and we never went back. I kept thinking and asking myself about what that last part was but I never figured it out.

I tried asking my Parents about it but they always tried to change the subject, so sooner or later I stopped asking because I knew they wanted that.

One day i got bored and asked my sister "Hey Kira wanna play" she said "Sure what are we gonna play?" i wondered what to play and i said tag, of course she didn't know what that was because it was from my old world so i explained the game "The game Tag is a game where you try to run from a person that is trying to touch you to tag you, and if they succeed you become the person trying to touch/tag them" she understood and we started playing.

After some time she liked the game but got really tired. And we realized it was getting dark so i said "okay lets head inside" which she agreed.While we were inside our Mom told us we were going to the library the next day,I was thrilled but the Golden Child objected and shortly after i bribed her with more games of tag so she soon agreed.

A/N:I feel like this chapter was calmer than the last and in some way kinda boring, But im just trying to worldbuild before we get into the story more.
