When the Demons and Angels of the 99th floor detected a threat to their reign, they teamed up to topple the man who'd placed them in such a situation.
The Lord of Sins, a walking calamity of the Heaven's Spire, had put pressure on the transcendents no mortal had ever done.
However, before the Lord of Sins could revolt against their reign, the Demons and Angels decided to nip the threat in the bud.
Manipulating his clanmates, using other clans, controlling fate...
They used all powers available to them in an attempt to halt the advance of the Lord of Sins. Eventually, it worked, and the Lord of Sins fell from grace.
But it wasn't a happy ending for the vicious transcendents.
"I'll return one day, stronger than ever and as a force even you can't touch! I'll become the Lord of Sins again!"
The man returned to the past with a goal in mind.
Everything else was just an interference.
"Return of The Strongest Player" is a gripping tale of a man's ascendance. His journey back to the pinnacle of strength, the adversities blocking his path, and the comrades he eventually acknowledged.

I've read the author's previous works, and I have to say that he does not miss. This novel, like the other, is amazing. The word choice is immaculate, while the structure of the plot is strong.
Excellent start. The characters are well-designed, especially Arthur, the protagonist. From what I've seen so far, he seems to be a complex and interesting person. Moreover, his initial confusion after regression and interactions with family, as well as new goals, feel believable. There is not much I can say about the story development, since it's only the beginning, but the concept is interesting. I'm curious about his past and how he will proceed from now on. The writing style is great, nothing to criticize here. Overall, very promising, would recommend!
It's not bad the main problem is that he just keeps on making amateur mistakes and rushing things even though he says he'll take his time. He also does extra and unnecessary things. Overall I don't feel like the mc is a 42 year old man out for revenge, but rather a child with a little power who's really arrogant but also low-key. His biggest problem is that he takes unnecessary risk and that makes him unlikable, since it feels like he's wasting his second chance
Couldn't really get past 30 chapters. The first handful of chapters showed promise but after that things slowly went downhill until i just stopped reading. The story is readable for many i guess but for me, there is to many small cringe moments and unnecessary antagonistic moments/people that aren't believable.
At first, I thought this novel was going to be pure garbage, I was wrong. The author has an excellent choice of words and the writing is simply a chefs kiss.
A well written novel with a super nice interpretation of the "climb the tower" setup. don't be afraid of the "regression" aspect. The rythm is nice, and even if everything is not completely perfect, this story is worth your time.
Love the tower based story, was always a fan of them since tower of god. Have great hopes for this.! So far the story is going great and was a awesome read!

Shameless 5 star author review! This is my second work (WPC), and I put a lot of hard work into this. I believe I've improved significantly since the start of my first novel. This novel is a tower-based regression story about a man at the pinnacle of power and the Heaven's Spire. It's a story about vengeance, and, occasionally, familial bonds. Just a side note.
