Sleep paralysis happens when you cannot move your muscles as you are waking up or falling asleep. This is because you are in sleep mode but your brain is active. It's not clear why sleep paralysis can happen but it has been linked with: insomnia.

Sleep Paralysis only happen in your dreams, in our generation most of peoples experiencing this.

When sleep paralysis occurs, you cannot talk and even move, you will see an black entity with red or white eyes monster, can be any color, but the skin color is black.

There is one way to escape paralysis

Step 1: Be calm, that monster in your dream can sense your weakness, the more higher you panic the more higher he will scare you or the more higher will come to you.

Step 2: Wiggle Your Hands, i dont know why but try to feel your hands or any body parts.

Step 3: Don't let the monster get near you, and dont look to that monster.

Step 4: Just Focus on Breathing, Just Focus and Focus.

Last 1 Step, Step 5: You will wake up.
