The definition of a villain according to Kim Sangmin: The person who has to die for the story to end.
But his story had just begun when the villain of the book he was reading died in the end, and he woke up to start the story again.
As he uncovers the hidden, untold truths behind the cascade of a villain, the more he leans towards becoming a true villain—only in pretend, of course! He has a little brother to take care of, he can't just die and leave him alone. He's also his baby brother's role model, so he has to teach him how to live a long life by becoming a hero instead!
And how does he plan to become a hero?
Obviously, by stalking the actual main character of the book and overtaking his spotlight at every chance. Step by step, he would overthrow the 'real' hero of the book and change his status to one with praise.

Truthfully, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. I took a lot of breaks while reading it, but I loved every moment of it.🤞👌👌❤️🔥❤️🔥💐 The author deserves his/her flowers 💐. It was amazingly written, I could clearly imagine every expression the characters made, the setting they were in, without trying way too hard, only to not get it. So I'm very glad because of that😊😊🤞🌹 Well done indeed✔️🤞👌❤️🔥🌹

Initially overlooked this story when it popped up in my recommendations, but now regret missing out this story for so long. Love the characters, storyline, world building, etc. The writing style took some getting used to, but after reading again a 2nd time, I was hooked. Thank you, author, for this story. ❤️

Finished reading it. This story really brings me mixed emotions. Sometimes I laughed so hard, and sometimes I felt so angry. Sometimes I feel Lia actually wants to write a comedy story instead since I literally laugh so hard at every single chapter with Areum’s attitude. But towards the end I don’t know if I can bring the same laugh again after I decide to reread it someday. This story is so well written for someone who is actually writing for the first time. Can you imagine what other stories Lia could bring to us? Oh gosh, thinking about it, I’m already so excited. I wish it could be longer. This is too short! I mean at least 300 chapters🙇♀️🙌🏻

This story has a very interesting and unique twist on some popular themes/tropes! The plot twists are delightful! I honestly feel that the lovely flow of this story would do wonders as a manhwa, if that is possible for the author. I for one would love to see this adapted just so I could read it again!
