Void shouldn’t be unique to Sylas’ path so it’s something everyone will have to deal with eventually, if the even make it that far along their path.

That sounds cool. It’d be kinda full circle. First was rune sight, and the ultimate mastery would be being the source of light itself, being the light that others will see. If that isn’t a rune god, I don’t know what is. But if that’s really the case, I can kinda see why spark mastery has so many tiers. It’d be quite a leap to go from base spark mastery all the way that.

If there is, most clearly do not know of it. Hell, even an organization as powerful as the weavers only seem to have touched upon it, even then not entirely as it seems like their presiding ancestors straight up can’t tell what it is even when looking at it directly (Fanelei is as clueless about Pure SM, let alone VSM). The only ones that seem to have left means in place for the appearance of such a talent are the founders. Even then, I doubt it’s the second founders since they would’ve followed in the 1st’s footsteps and have potentially been locked out of Pure SM. On that note, it doesn’t seem like there’s anything inherently powerful about pure spark mastery. As far as we’ve been told, it allows Sylas to pick and choose any path he wants. That doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll be more powerful than other perfect SMs. It’ll ultimately still depend on the path and how well developed it is, kinda like how Mancy was described early on—no one path is superior to the other, and all that matters is how well and how far it is explored. And Sylas has clearly picked his path. If I had to guess, I’d say that moving from perfect to void is much easier if you had a pure spark seed? Maybe at that point, you could more easily reference other paths to supplement your own, and perhaps use them to reach void mastery with much less effort—though even that benefit would be useless to Sylas seeing as he already reached void mastery.

Not a limit, but just meeting the standard for a perfect foundation. Sylas met it, and in theory, someone with an F-grade could also do it. But it’d be practically impossible. Like how Sylas would’ve had to slay an S-grade e-tier genius to make a perfect foundation when he himself was an e/d grade race. The requirements probably drop off a cliff the better the race. Regardless, even with Sylas being so strong, and having so many well rounded facets that would not necessarily be accessible for an s-grade youngling (will, rune mastery, conquest/contest titles, etc), it may not be so much easier for them.

Ah, so there’s a name for it. Though seeing how it’s also another level of spark mastery, I wonder if there’s a level beyond, one that transcends spark entirely.

Tf is the point of putting 10 million if they just won’t give it to him then? Whatever this excuse that’s being cooked up is, it already reads like an ass-pull.
