Look at this with a cultural perspective. In philippines, Cursing is usually associated Tambays(someone between NEETs and gangsters, unemployed people who have nothing to do but roam around the streets with their fellows). Cursing is look down upon specially for females and in professional settings. Filipinos do curse though, but mostly among friends. But if you curse as a child, Filipino mom's slipper is ready to smack you.

He was not a person who was fond of cursing. Even people who knew him never heard him curse even once. Mark view cursing as something unethical and makes a person look uneducated and thus he never did. But now, he could help but do so.

Hmm well you have a point, the sentence isnt that light but I'm guessing it isnt full. Justice is kinda relative or more related to the law. For one thing, the company doesn't allow the presence of any cult, but the cult in question is still existing. With some diminished power coz bosses dead and all. But still exists I think, coz the are related to power. On the other hand, if it was some other cult, it would probably be eradicated or would have existed in the first place. And also, the absence of the truth may also be another reason. The family of the dead guy doesn't even know the guy was murdered and all. After all, truth and justice comes hand in hand.

The injustice here is they got a lighter sentence coz they are related to power. It's like when some villain has murdered a person, but was only threatened to never do it again instead of spending time in jail or death penalty because this villain is related so higher up.
