First review? Nice! What a gem of a novel, laughed tons, so much happy face. I reccomendo for all of those who wants a story with comedy. And author-san, my only request is to make a god magikarp, dont let him evolve, let him be a magikarp lvl 1000 that oneshot everyone, let him be the leader of the gang, but for everyone else is just a normal magikarp. Here in Brazil we have 3 cases where the person can be excused of using ''abnormal force''. 1- strict compliance with legal duty. Ex: when a cop, while working, shoot and kill an armed supect. 2- self-defense: when a random citizen, uses adequate force to neutralize the danger to himself or others. 3- extreme necissity: Ex: when a person, while lost in the jungle, with others, end tanking the life of other so he can eat. So I never liked the thing in MHA with the quirks, but is a different country.
