haha, I had the problem with names. It was already the last month of the schoolyear and we had a last test before the exams. This time the test was long and important and thus the teacher told us to write everything correctly. I left her name blank. After finishing the test when she was skimming through them she saw that i didn't write her name and asked me about it. My answer was I couldn't remember your name and it was a test so I couldn't ask. everyone was laughing.
