Also, chakra controll matter, you know naruto got the worst chakra control where he cant event make clone, so what didnt say that his control of his S jutsu sucks and can only do it with high chakra, maybe that is why he always only use rasengan and shadow clone, because he can master them

No, marvel villain are enough, they are already many of them and strong too. Like, why would he bring spawn villain, even when the world merge, all villain would still listen to him. So they wont be villain. By the way, have you ever tho to let him spawn green lantern ring for his personal use? I think its more usefull than technology shield, even better if he can use both

Yes, you can make it like they have a connection with each other, kindda like telepathy between chaos and his offspring, and also like chaos can command them, kindda like vampire and his descendant in other movie. While maybe weaker than chaos, they (chaos offspring) can be usefull for his woman
