Shallow - Profile

Story is extremely exciting and cool. This is also the first of the infinite world dives genre like Thriller Paradise and The Devil's Cage. I started reading this with that expectation. The beginning was nice. The story is interesting. The premise was delivered properly. The only thing was that the MC is pretty annoying and hateable. It's like he's not the MC at all. Xuan would have been a better fit for the MC halo. The MC is extremely boring and forgettable. He doesn't have any special traits to be called an MC and only got lucky from the beginning. He's also a massive hypocrite and forces himself to be a hero in the most unlikely period. In the second scenario, he just let people around him that started with him die as he didn't give him any information. Then later on, he got extremely mad that one of his "comrades" that he just met like an hour or so prior was chosen to be the bait so they could get out of a life or death scenario. You know his reaction to this? He fucking broke off with the rest of the group and started doing it with a few of people that he'd known before the second scenario. They were in a fucking life or death scenario and this retard just weakened their team due to what? For treating a human life like chess piece? Like what he did earlier? So fucking annoying. One more to add this was that the other characters attitude just went to the garbage pile. In the beginning, Luo was a cold blooded and somebody that will readily sacrifice somebody just to survive. Then moments later in the second scenario, he was all fucking don't waste human life like what??? Like what you fucking did in the previous scenario??? Fucking author. Another character that went to ****ter was Lan. She was a cool and calm headed woman in the first scenario. And then? She ended up fucking head over heels with the retarded MC. All for the sake of fulfilling the author's fulfillment fantasy. Another thing that grinds my gear was when he recreated his deceased ex gf. He was extremely in love with her and was unable to get over her death. You know how he expressed that love? He raped her. And you know what's worse? She was recreated a year before she died and she's only fucking 15 years old. The MC was goddamn 25 and his first reaction over meeting his long lost loved one was to **** her??? God. This novel is so fucking irritating. What a waste of my high expectations.
