actually, the biggest problem that MC will meet is Ziyun. This is just my opinion, if Shen Yue transmigrated since he's young, he can lead the engagement with Xiao Ning'er instead. Let's see, something like ask to his parents earlier (chose Winged Dragon Clan first before being betrothed to Snow Wind Family). So, the plot is switch the engagement partner. Shen Fei will become living sacrifice because his fiancee is Ziyun. So he will againts the regressor (Nie Li) while MC won't get any problem.

As for which path to continue. I'm kind of conflicted on that, as I really believe that confrontation with Nie Li, arousing his vigilance too early, is not a good trade off for, what can he gain again? The commoners being dissatisfied with Nie Li is inconsequential on his path. The Sacred Family gaining a bit of reputation? The Sacred Family is doomed.

for soul realm, I think set same as canon [green] is better. Make AI Chip is his only cheat code. You can use it to analyze many cultivation method and built the most suitable for his condition.

make him to get Sacred Gear. my suggest is [Mastema], Teigu in Akame Ga Kill!. having some power is still acceptable if MC will involve in canon's conflict. Also, normal sacred gear is still common in series's character. my suggest harem is Asia, Irina, Xenovia. And they'll still human, or maybe all of them become angel later. [Asia and Xenovia join in Heaven faction like Irina]
