Hector knows this because of [Power Manipulation]. There's a reason he is going through this "path"(order of worlds) in acquiring powers. Apparently [Power Manipulations] is the most effective against genetic-like abilities, losing a little of effectivity against esper-like power, losing even more against spirit-like powers like Stands(he notices that took a lot of time to copy and he can't copy the stand, only the ability of the Stand), and become totally ineffective against magic and other more esoteric things.

So wrong, at a young age human brains absorb the most, that leaves deep scars not having a father early years look up the research. Mc is a bad father.

"I can improve myself and return more experienced... One year or two later...
