Commented so far so good but one thing is some ghost riders can use wings to fly In a couple versions I've seen most utilize vehicles to stay with the times but ghost riders look pretty much like angels of death with wings

Commented this because we can have a long arc with this but also properly teaching naruto for a smart strong naruto also for the love of all that's holy and hellish please give him a summon that makes sense toads are not it he could still interact with them but I'm sorry they just don't fit him honestly I'd go with birds as a summon cause fly and mc calling him bird brain would be fun

Commented I'd redo start mc training at 6 and let him grow strong over time and by the time pj starts he could be fairly strong yet would help pacing of the fic could even send mc to school with Percy at Yancy to get to camp halfblood
