Replied to Einlion Yeah, I was really shocked how unprepared State can be in 21 century.
In my region(Russia) the weather, these days was much worse, yet for us, it was merely "transportation collapse" and some "serious problems with logistics". So at most, we were in extreme inconvenience for our daily life. Not in danger of dying from thirst, starvation, or freezing!
