He did say if she had a good enough reason, he would forgive her. But he wouldn't let her explain herself anytime soon. She needs to at least suffer some sort of consequences. Tolerating some snarky remarks along with a slightly harsher tone should be pretty tame.

why does everyone wish for power or items, why not knowledge. it would be far more useful no matter what universe you're reborn in

Wishing for superpowers is a huge gamble especially if you are going to a world where the laws of physics are as strict as ours. Super speed would be useless because he has no means to protect himself from friction, super strength is a pretty useless superpower unless you are a firefighter but then it doesn't guarantee enhanced durability. Wishing for enhanced intellect would be nice but if you can't find people who are on the same wavelength as you at least creatively then you are lonely but with a resource dimension, you are just rich. Unimaginably rich.
