i'm late, but that was in the wn. iirc there was a player who use world item to become a world enemy so he can bypass the level cap. i think he reached level 120 but he got gank by a lot of people.

Well from what I remember Ainz had a rare class racial class called Undead Overlord so there's probably a hidden class that allows me to get a human appearance and I highly doubt a game full of secret classes, skills, jobs, items and locations like Yggdrasil would show you all the actual forms there are in the character customization of all things'.
