My guess is what you want your title to be is 'New World's Confessions' or if you rearrange the order can be interpreted as 'Confessions on a New World'. Now japanese sentence construction usually is reversed compared to english. So your title 'Kokuhaku no Atarashii Sekai' translated would be:
Kokuhaku = Confessions
Atarashii Sekai = New World
no = of
Applying the reverse order then the title becomes 'New World of Confessions'
Now what I'm thinking you used for the translation of no is the "apostrophe s ('s)" version. If you used that one, then the reverse order would not apply. The title would translate into 'Confession's New World' which doesn't make much sense.
So after all that long AF comment, my issue with the novel is only the title. I'm not reading the novel since '****', 'romance', 'slice of life' tags aren't really my thing. Because if it isn't stolen what he did was absolutely fine. You aren't allowed to profit of fanfic and what translationotaku is doing is stealing from the naruto franchise. If it is his translation it is way better in that at least he isn't stealing and I really doubt the Chinese author has the license to use the intellectual property of the naruto franchise. So both the chinese author and translationotaku are almost certainly stealing.

Daoist_ValkoWolf: Let me give an example he is a mix of uzumaki and namikaze but his parents were also mixed therefore the purity is obviously low so to increase it with the devouring God bloodline he would have to devour someone else who is uzumaki to add it to his .... obviously there is a minimal amount of uzumaki to devour therefore I used the bloodline pills to bring it up. If he wants a pure uchiha bloodline for example then he would have to devour multiple uchiha and purify theres obviously when purifying the bloodline it's getting rid of the extra ****ty mixed in bloodline if that makes sense

Placing him with Genma was a waste. You were talking about increasing his reflexes, increasing his mastery of the FTG by letting him study under Genma. But after the 'genin test', you put the MC for a 2-week long training with his grandmother that not only increased his reflexes, it increased so much he was able to use FTG 3rd stage. Now what is Genma teaching him? He is just wasting his time IMO.
Although that's still understandable since MC doesn't know anything about the future and still has no real reason or motivation to get much much stronger. Your MC has so so so much potential and I'm waiting for what he will do on the 2-3 year time period where Naruto went with Jiraiya to train.
