Bruh, this is the best skill out of all these ones, emotions are good for some things and reduce enemy speed by a factor of 2???? in theory you'll have 2x the normal speed you'd normally have if everything around you is 2x slower. This would've perfectly complemented his draw style AND made up for his weakness BRUHHHHHHH
