The story is interesting, but the fact that the MC doesn't know anything about anything is too frustrating and makes the story a mess. The story would be 10x better if you just made the MC an insert with meta-knowledge so he at least gets the basics and we don't have to rehash every single fictional character he meets and their abilities or why they are important.

To get a higher quality novel please stop focusing on the characters in other worlds. Due to how the story is structured I literally cannot make myself care about anyone of them even a tiny bit, so it just ruins the rest of the novel. I only care about the MC and Lena. What is the reason you focus on other worlds even? Also the discussion of plot from different fictional stories just feels like repetition and writing from a wiki structured like a conversation. Why are you rehashing the plot of every single fictional work included??????

I'm curious, why not take the wish of knowledge further? Why not include anything from all fiction and nonfiction? He could combine divine magic and the technology of the Xeelee and become a million times the better of Doom. And if you just wanted magic/martial arts then why not include all media and non-media (reality)? Purposefully limiting wishes seems foolish. It would make more sense if the MC was simply granted these boons and couldn't change them, then I wouldn't have a complaint.

I'm curious, why no cultivation though? Also there is a lot of magic that acts similarly to cultivation if you want to keep it a purely magic and martial-arts based power system. If he can truly get any ability and use any type of magic system, then why not get Rimuru's crazy OP abilities for example? Or for example the 12 spells from Jackie Chan as a start. His ability gives him the possibility to do any type of magic or technique even those he technically shouldn't be able to do, so go wild!

My question is why the kids are still in Zaun when they could have used Kat's ability to become rich in Piltower? They could easily put suggestions into a household and make them give them all of their money or sign over some property which would give them the ability to live in Piltower. Even if her ability only lasts a short while it would be easy to do a simple infiltration mission and get all of the gold of a powerful family. Then they could get their own house or move from Piltower. I get they want to mess with canon, but they could as easily do so from Piltower by manipulating events and going down into Zaun for the more important parts.

I don't really get this story. Why is the MC obsessed with being a side-character to Spider-Man? He gets an incredible opportunity, but his first idea is to SIMP for Spider-Man, someone who isn't even born yet. Just why? This seems more like an obsessive stalker story and makes the MC someone who thinks their entire life is supposed to be stepped on just to help somoene the MC has never met. Such a sad character. Why not instead focus on all of the things the MC can do for himself to make life simpler/easier. Why not invest in companies and make future life-saving technologies be developed faster? Peter with his genius could be a good employee for the MC instead of making the MC a super-beta.

Also gods exist in DC so he could wish to be the god of electricity, or the god of energy. He could have chosen to become an Endless, Lucifer's powers, or to get potential beyond the Presence. Why wouldn't he do that? There are no specified limits to his powers so he could simply wish himself to be more powerful than the Presence...

Also, if want to nerf the MC SUPER HARD like you're doing on purpose by making his wishes incredibly weak compared to what they could be, you could instead make the "wishes" into boons that are granted to him and that he didn't actually choose them. Then there can be no argument like "why didn't he wish for this or that?". It could be a roulette, a deity, some AI system that does it. THat at least makes his weak wishes make sense beyond the idea that the mc thinks "this is a cool powerset," but which practically is something no one would choose because it would put them on the backfoot. For example, what if some multiversal entity discovers the MC and simply erases him as he appears in the world? He didn't wish for any sort of protection from the higher beings or the omnipotent beings of DC, so its fair that he can instantly be erased as long as some deity doesn't like him messing with their playground.
