If you want to use that logic, there is also the Rinne-Sharingan. Plus the Rinnegans techniques are very unique.

My EMS is already at the end of it's evolution , honestly I don't want a Rinnegan if it means I will lose my EMS, maybe I can get a Rinnegan in one eye and EMS in another.

No offense to the author or anything else, but just an idea that he could have just selected to true evolve him self as a whole. Doing that would make him over powered though cause evolving himself would evolve everything about him including his talent, his genetics, his Chakra quality & quantity, his soul level, heck it could have also evolved his luck to a higher level. It could have been anything you wanted though it would also limit his character growth and you would have to make new characters or get the stronger characters to appear before to make things even and interesting.Though your current idea is also interesting, his Sharingans evolution could be anything right now, cause what your doing is true evolution it could just skip the whole yin-yang thing with senju/ashura Chakra and end with him awakening Rinnegan like Osutsuki Hagoromo OR a big OR he could just awaken something new that could be like a fusion of all the doujustsu's. Like I said just an idea. Maybe if you or someone else decides to write a new fic you could do it like that.

You know now that I think about it Rinnegan should not be counted as one cause it's essential an evolution of the Sharingan. If you consider Rinnegan then you also need to consider Tenseigan as one of them instead of Byakugan. I don't know I'm not the author after all.

It could also be that he has auto collect on, so when he kills someone or something with instant death he auto collects the loot I.e materials, money, items, etc.

Shouldn't it be 1000x. Cause like he gets 10 first then 10 times more then 10 times more. Or are you like making it to be initial stats upgrade only, so if he learns something like the inner gates he's only gonna get a multiplier on his initial?

So all the three marks together gave him an entire increase of 30x in all these aspects.

If it's for overall Minecraft is good but for specific crops it's better with a farming app. Like for wheat and stuff Minecraft is fine but for things like rosemary, Thyme, zucchini, tomato a farming app works best.
