While humans viewed wild Pokemons as Pokemons that were very aggressive towards them, in truth, they were aggressive towards everyone who wasn't of the same species. If a Pokemon wasn't part of a larger hive or colony, then it would have a really hard time surviving by itself. Several Pokemons would choose to impress Pokemon Trainers they found acceptable and try to be caught by them.

[A/N: Thoughts on Nicknaming - I won't be nicknaming Pokemons in my fic (at least not for Orion's Pokemons). The reason is that when I read some of the other fanfics that nicknamed their Pokemons, it got super confusing for me, especially if I am reading that fanfic after some time or if the release rate is slow or inconsistent. I don't want to put my readers through the same as it is annoying having to go back and check which nickname is for which mon. I could circumvent that by using simpler nicknames, like say Rhy for Rhyhorn and its evolutions, but honestly, there isn't much difference. So for simplicity, nicknames won't be used at least by Orion.]

Apart from the above, I also need some utility Pokemons. That is 1 Pokemon that can surf and dive underwater, 1 Pokemon that can carry me and fly in the sky, 1 Pokemon that can fight underground, 1 healer and maybe 1 support Pokemon to set up Spikes, Stealth Rocks, buff allies and debuff enemies.
