You can only find out you are pregnant at 4 weeks but it normally take 5-6 weeks before you know. The 40 weeks total before the baby is born. Maybe longer.

She was already pregnant when she left. She went to a doctor for a routinary check up, only to find out that she was at least two weeks pregnant.. with his baby. She needed to leave quickly so she packed what she thought would be needed and just left.
