Man I thought that the reason for abandoning the mc would be a world destroying plot but it’s just a choice between her son and her responsibility.... and she choose responsibility. Lets say that his father is the world tree, even if she left him there its not like the counsil will destroy the tree.... she could have just hid somewhere together with her child and let him grow to be strong enough to go back to the elven continent.... see this author, this is a more believable plot than the plothole u made.

Abandonment is a serious issue... Him forgiving her and just letting things go isss sooooo unrealistic.... She made her decision between him or “responsibility” then she should stand on it, if she wants forgiveness then she work for it...hard.. Him having his previous memories and being an orphan is not an excuse for him to not have a resentment rather it should be magnified.
