I was wondering who and when someone would realize that Togetic's new talent essentially made her Super Luck ability redundant. That "loss"/waste of an ability could be seen as the sole drawback of her new talent if that can be seen as one, and even then she was not the only one in such a situation.

Goblins just want want a reason for war i would think

There was a reason even the brightest, most powerful sorcerers used wands. If wandless magic was a reliable discipline, why would they bother with those crutches? Why would people like Nicholas Flamel, Gellert Grindelwald and Albus Dumbledore use an inefficient method? Why would the goblins start so many rebellions for the right to carry a wand?

Why does it matter if ve used a wand or not, if the magic is used in his body?

This spell truly was a magic hungry demon. I had casted with a wand as well so using the spell wandless was a far-off dream for now. As my capacity started to feel full again, I picked myself off the floor sat down upon and looked at the combat zone ahead of me. I felt the need to give it a proper test run.
