when I read the summary, I was exited to read this fanfic, because I was expecting him to be a Quincy, which is rare for a bleach fanfic. but then I read the auxillary and realised he would get soul reaper and hollow powers, and I lost most of my interest, though i'm still gonna try and read it.

And even then... if someone do this in a fanfic, they should include other ninja villages showing dissatisfaction during the chuunin exams. since having 4 on 1 team is unfair. It is ok as long as it isn't doing exams which break the rules, that the villages agreed on, or they should make it so all teams have 4 members.

Now, remember, Illumi wasn't trying his hardest to prevent Amon from passing. He knew that even if he succeded in disqualifying Amon, Amon could easily just try again next year. What he was doing could be attributed to wanting to show his dominance as an elder brother over Amon, like 'I can easily fail you if I want Amon' or he just wanted to f*ck with him.

Well in order to do it near instantly, his mind should be able to process it, and that should require a very, very high IQ, but I guess I have no problem with the nerf.

Did a small nerf for his hiraishin, to use it, he needs to be stationary for a full 2 seconds to use it.

thats the wrong phrase. here you write Natsu is the reincarnation of Naruto and not the other way around.

I think you should have set a max on the amount of dojutsu he could have. which should've 2, 1 for each eye unless your making him 3-eyed (could be hidden with henge since he has the one that makes byakugan unable to see though henge). it makes no sense to be able to use different dojutsu in one eye. he could have all bloodline limits and everything he want, but I think 2 dojutsu should be max. other than that, not a bad story for now.

World travel so dropped... but even thought there was world travel, But I did like the chat system between the worlds, and if he had only traveled to the world to meet those in the chat room I would have accepted it.
