The biggest downside to Sarina's Zanpakuto was that it could only fire a single shot before having to be manually reloaded. This feature had carried over to her Bankai as well, so, while she was able to one-shott unsuspecting opponents, Sarina always had to take into consideration proper timing and positioning.

if I remember right. danmachi was sealed till he learned how to connect realms together. aka tier 6 or 7.

Though she wouldn't really be a problem by the time he has ascended to the pinnacle of Tier 7, Vahn had never been particularly fond of Helen. He was interested to see how Izayoi would deal with her, so, while it was a little underhanded of him, Vahn made doubly sure their paths would cross within the first three years.

Well. There are a few options. due to him being more hand to hand. close range weapons like daggers, cestus (armored gauntlets), or knuckle dusters would work. Middle range I could see him working with a sweeping weapon adding in his powers also for heavy aoe. So weapons like a clamor, staff, or spear would be good options. for long range. that would be a bit of a weakness for him. except for conquer halo. his powers have a limited range. adding them to a gun while can be done is impractical.

Pakura's judgment might have been a bit screwed though. Jiraiya rightfully deserved to be called Seal Master as he didn't trigger even one detection seal in the three weeks he tried to get past them. Pilfering some knowledge from Minato who was taught by Kushina or not, Jiraiya was simply too inexperienced and didn't know the right techniques to do anything with Uzumaki seals. If one simply looked at his skill level and compared it with other non-Uzumaki seal users... then yes, Jiraiya was one of the best.
