Yes but even though Aegis would never call himself a good person and is exactly as you say, if the road to hell is paved with good intentions can the stairway to heaven not be made with white lies and unintended kindness? Bad analogy but you get my point right? Aegis may not be a good person but he is beyond doubt a king loved and respected by his people who has given them a life that they could have never even dreamed of before he came to power. So why can't we just say while he isn't and probably never will be perfect person, he is a kind man and a good king of course that's only if you don't do anything that may adversely effect his family in which case nothing will save you...

Aegis is no paragon of goodness, Aegis is a selfish man who will take what he wants, or what his family wants, and everybody bright enough to know it, just because he gave his subject's good lives doesn't mean he is a good man...

No matter how skilful a fighter he cannot fight an army and win. Men is not impervious to arrows or poison and victory is never a certainty no matter how strong or smart you are. As they "Man proposes, heaven disposes."

Hence the skillful fighter puts himself into a position which makes defeat impossible, and does not miss the moment for defeating the enemy.

I fully understand that this quote is supposed to demonstrate the importance of intelligence/information in warfare but it doesn't change the fact that even if a general doesn't know his own army's strength or the enemy's strength as long as his forces are significantly overwhelming or he uses advantageous tactics he will still win whereas even if a general knows the enemy force is overwhelming and his own force is far weaker what can the general do? His only choice would be Guerrilla tactics but such tactics are still not enough to win a war against overwhelming numbers supplies aren't infinite and the enemy won't just send out supplies for you to steal besidesno matter how good your Guerrilla tactics are your losses will still pile up over time until the only option left is surrender.

If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

Considering that a military is the armed forces of a country and is usually funded either by the sovereign of the state or another wealthy faction within the state. What Sun Tzu is basically saying here is that a good general will take the Sovereign's money and resources but in return won't follow any of the Sovereign's orders, which is in itself rather silly as doing as such probably won't encourage the Sovereign to continue sending more resources and if in replacing such a dysfunctional general as one that refuses to conform to their obligationsas an employee, the old general rebels inciting chaos and disharmony throughout the Sovereign's territory doesn't that make him an even worse general? Does Sun Tzu have some kind of grudge against Rulers? Because sure building up the comprehensive force of your army through training and technological advance are definitely neccesary but to assume the orders of all Sovereign's are unreasonable and should not be followed is simply a bit too much. It is true that many Rulers have never been on a battlefield but at the same time many of them will have had an education on military tactics and strategy that far surpasses their own tacticians so even if it is a terrible order or plan a Ruler's words should always be taken under consideration. I will also just say that disobeying your Sovereign as a general is a pretty good way to get yourself executed so sure go ahead with that.

It just occurred to me that you know several beings who might be capable of finding Summer for example both Gaia and Fate could probably tell you if you asked and they decided to you might even be able to bs your way with conceptual tech for example maybe Remnant has it's own dimensional energy that is intrinsically linked to it's inhabitants not that you would need it when instead you could probably just track Summer down through her Aura.

You realise that only Schnee family members can hold the highest positions in the current governing body and that Aegis would never split his territory and then make his harem members look after each individual area there's also no reason to delegate Aegis's work to kings and queens because he already has Album handling the work that doesn't hold some value in passing by him. The current governing structure is completely centralised with no real advantages to be gained by decentralising. Aegis literally holds all the power and Album assures that nothing could change that in the short term so why would they try to change the current status quo?

Btw, to make you know, In future worlds, Aegis can visit solo, or with someone, or like with Wizard Earth with a fleet, just to let you know.

You have rift technology if you really need a way to reduce power loss you can literally just run a power cable through a portal besides with all the magic knowledge you have you probably wouldn't even need a true rift just a basic portal or a transfer/transmission spell you could even design something archaic like the Solar farm works like a giant battery charger, how exactly you would store that energy though... Well I mean you have spatial compression so you might be able to make a finger sized battery that contains several kilometres of energy storage devices and sure these are just hypotheses but the technology in Aegis's universe has reached a point where solutions to problems are plentiful and simply require a little out of the box thinking and proper utilisation of certain ridiculously overpowered technologies.

Album said and Aegis looked at her, but seeing he wouldn't get an answer from her, he thought about the choices, in the end, he picked the shipyard choice, as there was no war, so no need to fasten drone ship fleet, the additional Primis station would be nice as it didn't serve just for living, but as enormous space laser, and additional upgrade for Album processing capacity and Solar farm wasn't needed as even with the upgraded energy transfer the loss of energy on the way was too big to ignore, so fusion reactors were still better until they somehow lower the energy loss that Solar farm could be sent to Remnant and other destinations that were a long way from the sun...

Yes Ringo and Mei became extremely strong from Konan's hell mode training but they didn't exactly turn out "fine" Mei's hobby is creating world ending jutsu and Ringo's is forging weapons and then testing them out by using them to beat up her subordinates until they have one foot in the grave. There is no mystery here just Konan being Konan.

Silence momentarily ensued in the room and Konan frowned. She still couldn't understand where the problem was. Izumi was such a gentle and clumsy girl. It wasn't as if she used different training than she put Ringo and Mei through and they turned out just fine.

Considering the connection between humans and gaia/earth any race that originates from an earth and has human characteristics (don't ask me to try and define "human" characteristics) could be said to be part of humanity.

And to those who recommended for me to stop using Humanity when speaking about Alaya, I do think Humanity as a whole, even Faunus who I think are sub-humans, not in a derogatory way, but purely in evolution way as they ARE humans, but just with some add ups, that could by either plus or minus in human evolution, just like Mutant's in Marvel, they are humans just with something extra, so Yes they too belong under Alaya Will.
