I know its late, but you really need to fix the way you put the name of Cedric. It should be Strode D. Cedric. Otherwise it's like saying Luffy D. Monkey and Roger D. Gol. It doesn't fit the naming conventions of the world setting.

Just a heads up about the power of destruction; the power itself is black, the reason for Sirzechs and Rias' PoD being red is because that is the colour of their demonic power, so if he merges his lightning form with his power of destruction, it would be destructive black lightning.
