I think "muggle" is less offensive than "disabled person". Witch/wizard is more of a slur compared to muggle, since witch n wizard are the one who got oppressed n murdered into hiding. I think the most racist word invented by wizard should be house-elf.

also idk how much but u said that a knight earns 100g a year. so 100/365 = 0.274 a day. I think the 1 gold cost is not too far from the price range.
