On MTL there is one more chapter, his after thoughts so to speak. It was terrible, he made it sound like it was health issue related, which if so that would be understandable. But! Later on he goes on then announce he is starting another god damn novel, with it releasing 2 weeks after 'ending' this. Based on my judgement, he simply ran out of inspiration and passion for his work, decided he was done and used that stupid health issue as an excuse and just ended it.
