Muggle-born wizard. Talking about Muggle wizards is ridiculous, their parents are muggle, not them.

This kind of magical golem( hand-sized one) is acceptable for children in the wizarding world, and there is no psychological barrier for the little muggle wizard.

Manohar Know nothing about awakened before Balkor talk to him. So he is definitively not the Master. But the Master did work for the Queen corps. Because he use the nickname Lizzie for the Wyvern.
