i think he meant he took a millimetre hairstyle, depending on how thick his actual hair is (which can be adjusted with metmorph) it wouldn't look too bad but that's more of a 2000's hairstyle....

if a you consider captain america to be the peak of human atributes with all atributes at 10 then youl understand better, but in a world like one piece that strenght isnt a strong strenght much... so yea basicly everyone is dosed with captains strenght increase
