Ok I know I just commented a few mins ago, but I was searching for new chapters online and stumbled upon eatapplepies. Are you by any chance eatapplepies? Because their translation is exactly like yours, even the translation notes. So there are 3 possibilities. 1) EAP is you, 2) they're stealing from you and claiming it's their translation work, or 3) it's the other way around. They actually posted the 1st chapter earlier and have more chapters soo I'll be reading from them from now on

Thank you for your hard work! I'm not sure if you're still having trouble regarding your contract, but I hope I can help. First off, I'm so sorry if I'm wrong, I mean no offense. I'm just some guy on the internet. You can ignore me haha. Anyway, to my understanding, you are the translator, not the author, and that you will be monetized by taking the contract. Whether it is being paid as the translator or as the author, I don't I know. In my opinion, getting paid for doing the translations is a good thing, BUT you must have the consent of the original author. Getting paid for as the author while you are not actually the author is the same as stealing and claiming that the work is yours. I know this comes off as mean and I'm really sorry. I really mean no offense and I'm not accusing you of anything. This is just coming from an artist who wouldn't like it if someone else was making a profit without my knowing from my work that I spent hundreds of hours making. Translating is definitely something that is extremely difficult to do and you should be paid handsomely for your work. I just hope that this contract is legal and rightfully deserved.
