This…. didn’t she give birth like 2 months ago….? Why does she have her period? Usually women don’t have period when they lactate, the body produces a hormone called prolactin to prodice the milk for the babies, which also messes with estrogen levels and by consequence with periods (btw, it lasts approximately 6 months, for those of you wondering). Lactating it’s even considered as a contraceptive by some because of this. I know it’s just a chinese novel, but it just bothered me that something that should be common knowledge is not (with the added assumption that the author is a cisgender woman). Well at least y’all who read this now ✨know✨.

Dw about it, as you know very well, the pandemic has messed with a lot of people in general (hobbies, work, school, personal life, mental health, etc.), me and you being one of them, and everyone takes their own time to come back up, it’s something very personal to each person. Some people go back to stuff they used to like or still like but lost the habit of doing that activity, or they find new stuff where they find peace or are most comfortable in. Anyways, I wouldn’t force you to finish this story, because I actually don’t see a continuation for it, at leats not as we are now; the hiatus that has transformed us makes it hard for it to be picked up for where it was left, and I find that changing the story’s course because we have changed doesn’t work, so it’s fine, it’s a beautiful memory that will always be in my heart and I’m sure yours too. I’m actually into polygamy now, and now I find monogamy kind of silly, so my wishes for the continuation of this story would be some sort of polygamy lol, but I feel that Iris is not poly so it would feel weird, so neither is a win, it’s better this way. But obviously, you can do whatever you feel like and what makes YOU feel right, remember writing is about enjoying and sharing your world, and if you hate/don’t feel connected with your world, why would you keep writing in the first place?, right? Much more if it’s just a hobby, like in this story’s case. Okay, long, but I don’t have any other way of talking to you, so this comment section is now our chat lol. Take care~.

Well, now I actually passed my uni exams with flying colors with only 60 vacants on my career choice!, so you can actually say I focused and followed your advice wholeheartedly! Right now I’m on the “you-finished-highschool-yay!” break haha, so I’m catching up rn, as promised. I actually really missed you!, but I’m actually more of ghost now, as my anxiety is rather bad and I can’t handle pressure/expectations, so I don’t like being noticed by authors that later expect constant reviews from me once I review consistently (my reviews are rather nice, as you know *wink wink). Hi! It’s been a while! Wow, I remembered the fuzzy feeling I got for this at the time, haha, I was so cute.
