don't try to act too much Raphael..Riley knows already.

Raphael shook his head, "None indeed sure. I think they mistook me for someone else," he looked to Anita, "They were after Ann. Are we in some sort of danger?"

haha!

"If that's the case, I'm surprised you bothered to come in person," Raphael whispered back, "I almost feel special."

I really really hope Anita is acting..she's smart enough to pull this off. But the green eyes?

Raphael bit down on his lip at the sight of Anita. Her eyes now bright green, aside from a passing comment of a headache and the occasional tilting of her head, she showed no signs of being in pain. "So why am I summoned then? I cannot be vengeful to mine enemies if mine enemies no longer exist!" Anita seemed outraged, "And in a vessel such as this? A mere child? And a girl no less! How, if I am to be any authority, shall I strike fear in a body such as this?" Anita seemed genuinely irritated.

Hadn't he torn the letter into pieces in anger?

"Don't try to trick me, Phantom. Hands, now." The Inspector readied his gun again, dropping the letter on the ground.

I'm glad he sought out Inspector Riley.

By the time the Inspector charged outside, Raphael was sitting on top of the tall wall, two and a half meters from the red-faced Inspector. He smiled and tilted his hat, "Inspector, it's been a while. We've both looked better."

wow! so he owes Benji for Anita.

Raphael had set her free long enough to run from the criminal's tavern, but in doing so, received a punishment of his own; several thousands of pounds of debt for stealing his property and several hundred more for losing at a game of distracting poker. 'She's quite an investment,' he had said, 'That makes her expensive unless, of course, you want to give her back.'
