In Blacklist those are the world that Mr Kaplan uses on Liz as a kid and on Agatha. In Mentalist when Patrick Jane hallucines about meeting his grown up daughter those are the words she reminds him he used to say to her every night before bed. It's also the name of the episode.

The Viking toast is skol (or small, skaal) depending on the region. Skill is a reference to Sköll and Hati from Norse mythology.

Yes this got retconned a little later however it's still somewhat accurate. The ones forcible turning people are the courts who are more an expression of human greed gone wrong once it achieves immorta ll its. The lives of unread in the courts is not what Baba Yaga intended.

It's a typo. original is fire and darkness.

It was the tower version of Final Sunset that like the original used fire and air, but it was much stronger due to the power amplifying effect of the Master Mirror and added the air element to the mix.

Yeah this should definaely sat orcs. Ogres are plant mosters and dont have magic crystal affinity. Its orcs who are a fallen tribe of elves that have mana crystal related bloodline talents.
