Hi dear so how privilege works is, on first day of every month it resets. Which means on 1st you go back to last non priv chap which is currently 292. So, when you buy 7 chaps that is 2nd tier you get 292+7=299 chap. You need to buy the last tier that is 15 chaps to get 292+15=307, which is the current chap. since you unlocked the first 7 chaps last month itself you do not need to spend coins again on unlocking them. Hope now you understand how privilege system works.
