Mech Design Contest Satellite Project Name: Gravity Titan Type: Second Class Heavy space knight Design Spirits: Qilanxo, Titania and The shield of Samar Specs Offense: 2 Defense: 5 Mobility: 1 Utility: 2 Key features: Gravitic module, Shield projector, internal anchor, low tech drone spikes Description: Space knight equipped with a shield, hammer and drones meant to impale opponents. the drones are short blades just big enough to damageweak sections on medium mechs. they prioritize sturdyness and only have enough tech to track their location and integrity. the mech controls the drones with the gravity modules to harass its opponent from different directions. one mech is not a major powerhouse. The design is meant to function in a squad lead by the shield of Samar. The concept is to create a mech that synergizes with the Shield of Samar and helps Janzi be more active in battles. for Ves its an opportunity to 1) try to create a battle network with 2 spirits 2) try to create a 'low intensity' battle network that is still taxing but doesnt drain the pilots in the course of a minute or two. the Gravity Titan should be deployed as a group that cooperates to control the drones. Rather than one mech being orbited by 4 or 5 spikes, it should be a shield wall orbited by dozens of drones. this is why the Titania is a DS. one mechs gravity well can only produce so much force but if the pilots cooperate to mantain a drone formation and PICK a drone to pull together then they can hit harder. an opponent would need to commit to displacing/damaging the mechs while being harassed from all sides. the Gravity Titan also has an "anchor" near its core laced with GT- 535 (expensive yes). this is intended to allow Janzi, or a group of ttitans in range, to 'reach out' to a mech in squadron and 'hold' them. now you have a line of heavy mechs that can 'pull or push' each other, or the shield of samar. this function is to create shield wall that can reposition itself quickly. they dont achieve any groundbreaking acceleration using this feature but it allows the heavy mechs to relocate or change formations at speeds no opponent wants to see from a mech of that size. assuming there was a line of Gravity Titans in place with the Samar at one end they could act as a sling/launcher for the expert mech to accelerate far more than usual by alternating pushes and pulls while they are in range. key notes: - the battle formation with this group would primarily affect their ability to cooperate (Titania). it could later help them overlapping shields etc(Qilanxo). - the Shield of Samar is a Design spirit to maximize the level of cooperation - the gravity Titan does not have the capacity to make effective use of its shield generators and gravity modules at the same time.

When Ves caved in the dwarf's hardy skull with his even harder hammer, the death of the test subject in question caused his spirituality and force of will to unravel.
