They are all fruit actually, although I know what you mean. As are the majority of vegetables. If a plant flowers and then that flower turns to an edible fleshy product then that product is a fruit. The term "vegetable" is not really a valid category but more of something we say since vegetables are either fruit, roots, or leaves for the most part. It's a bit of a mess really 😅

Eve held back a snort. Who hated tomatoes? The fruit had contributed to a variety of savory dishes. A pizza wouldn't be a pizza without its sauce. The combination of cheese and tomato sauce was simply divine.

my sister... that's who. When we eat pizza outside she eats it normally but when we make it at home her portion of the pizza is without tomato. She doesn't eat tomato sauce with spagetti and only adds cheese to hers. In salads she avoids the tomatoes or if she does eat a piece it will be without the seeds (to be fair I take out the seeds too though... but I have no problem with tomatoes otherwise). The whole problem is the seeds actually so if she sees them in her diss then she won't eat much. Now, I need to add that we are Greek and we use tomatoes in the majority of our recipies... What I am getting at is that there are actually people who dislike tomatoes, just like with every other food, even if it is an essential part in a wide of disses.
