For the latter, the first 8 chapters (9 if you include the prologue) are available for free to the public, but I'm planning on releasing more later. The rest of the chapters after that up to the latest one is available for Tier members in subscribestar. I don't know if the taxes affect the price in where you are, but you really only spend $12 a year for the LV 1 Tier alone, but I understand you needing to save every dollar you can for your expenses, so please don't squeeze out whatever money you can for my sake. You reading what's out there in the public platforms is enough for me to continue updating my stories, and I thank you for that.

Actually, with the Great Sage reboot, I'm not planning on posting it on RR. Due to the amount of 'mature content' this time around, the admins there won't leave me alone unless I change some terms to make it more acceptable. I'd rather not do addtional work like that, so the Great Sage reboot will be here, Scribblehub, and Subscribestar with early-release content available for subscribers.

I will say this person has made something of an appearance in the story before, so you're on the right track.

The date of release is still uncertain. I'm trying to write a decent enough stack of chapters in between my other stories before I start.

Also, for those interested in checking out subscribestar, the site's experiencing some technical difficulties and I can't upload any chapters at the moment. Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I honestly dove into writing this story head-first without much of a plan, and it was MUCH different in the early stages before it became as you see today. These days, I have a lot going on in my life right now and I'm basically writing enough to make the weekly quota for updates, which may be why the story looks to be dragging in progression. I can't deny some of these chapters can be put together instead, and they probably should. At some point, I might take a break from this story so I can actually form a good plan for its progression, maybe go back to the earlier chapters to see if I can clean them up and maybe combine some of them together to make the reading smoother.

Not on the public platforms at this time. It's still updating weekly on my subscribestar and you can read the chapters up to date, plus read my other stories ahead starting at $1 US. If I make more than $250 a month on there, I'll post an additional 10 chapters on the public platforms as thanks. If I get up to $500 a month, I'll publicly release the chapters weekly along with my other stories.
