I love the way this author writes and what she (he?, I don't know and that's not important anyway, his/her work is amazing).
I wasn't even critiquing the writing or the idea of hot sex after a long dry spell. That's great!!!
And yes, I'm not an expert but I've had to educate younger kids and my friends in this area because we live in a pretty conservative country and there isn't formal holistic sex education. So I have done a lot of research in the area, so that I don't give anyone any wrong information.
And before commenting I did check what happens if you have sex after a long dry spell, meaning more than 5 years.
And some people seem to have misunderstood that I thought Renren wasn't kind enough and didn't care for her pain. The scene is written well with both of them enjoying it. My only issue was that the sudden insertion (even after the orgasm) would hurt. Of course that's speculation on my part.
Also, sorry, I didn't mean to say all virgins bleed. That's not what I meant at all.
When I wrote I wished the scene was written a little differently...maybe I shouldn't have written it. It's just, I'm used to taking suggestions and editing my papers if I think it warrants it. And when you say "writing it differently to make it more realistic", how do you define realistic when you don't have the "real" experience in that area? It was clearly written in the earlier parts that Lily already orgasmed (thanks to Renren's fingers) even before his manhood entered her.
